How is our premium instant coffee made?
The heart of BLÆK remains premium coffee, optimized to complement your versatile daily life. How does it taste?

For our premium instant coffee, we use only highland Arabica beans, which are mild and roasted in small quantities, unlike traditional instant coffees. This process allows us to maintain the round taste profile and subtle nuances and avoid the typical ash-bitter aftertaste of instant coffee.
To maintain quality, our gentle, perfectly calibrated extraction method is also used. Traditional instant coffee production overextracts coffee, often with a lot of pressure and extreme heat. This is done to extract as much yield as possible from the coffee bean. However, this leads to aromas that make the coffee profile taste uneven.
We, on the other hand, rely on a gentle extraction at low temperature, where the aromas are optimally dissolved and later preserved. This way, even the finest taste notes can come to the fore.
When the best of the bean has been extracted, the freeze-drying follows. The coffee essence is shock-frozen and then water is completely removed through a physical process. This creates a water-soluble coffee powder that can be made into your delicious BLÆK at any time with some water.

Our delicious BLÆK NØ.1 Premium Instant Coffee is an excellent choice with flavors of caramel & fruit bread. The coffee has a fine, balanced acidity and ends with a full-bodied and sweet taste.
BLÆK INSTANT COFFEE NØ.2
Our balanced BLÆK NØ.2 is made from ecologically grown beans from three regions create a delicious flavor profile. Starting with a defined sweetness to a milky chocolatey, berry note at the end.
The BLÆK NØ.2 Premium Instant Coffee is ideal to enjoy in the morning with a little milk.
Our BLÆK NØ.3 is an intense blend, with notes of cocoa and dates, heavily roasted and with very little acidity. Its flavor is reminiscent of classic espresso, but without the smoky and bitter aftertaste.

BLÆK does not use any additives and therefore relies on packaging with a particularly strong barrier. This is aluminum-free and easy to recycle thanks to the mono-material.

How does BLÆK NO.1 actually taste?
Our BLÆK NØ.1 is a balanced and lively cup with flavors of caramel & fruitcake. The coffee has a subtle, light acidity and finishes with a clean and sweet aftertaste.
Our BLÆK NØ.2 is a balanced coffee masterpiece with a distinctive mouthfeel. Thanks to organically grown coffee beans from Peru, Honduras & Mexico, this high-quality coffee develops a strong sweetness that tastes like milk chocolate and ends with a mild aftertaste of red berries.
Our BLÆK NØ.3 is an intense and aromatic blend, with notes of cocoa and dates. It is planted ecologically and fairly in three different coffee-growing countries - 60% Mexico, 25% Peru and 15% Honduras. The roast level is strong and developed without being overly bitter or smoky. A strong but balanced cup with very low acidity. It is particularly popular with espresso lovers.
The "one of a kind" our organic decaffeinated BLÆK NØ.4 makes it possible to enjoy good coffee not only everywhere, but also at any time. It is perfect for connoisseurs who appreciate the full-bodied taste with notes of apricot and brown sugar, but want to reduce or even avoid the active ingredient caffeine. Decaffeinated using the "Swiss Water Method" it retains its full coffee aroma.
