You got the wrong product or your shipment got damaged?

We handle your coffee always with the greatest care and instruct the carriers to do the same. But accidents always do happen. But all problems can be resolved. If you ever experience one of these issues, let us know. We will send you a new delivery to you as soon as possible or provide you with a refund to all your occurred costs.

Ordered the wrong product?

We are very sorry to hear that. We know it sucks to get something different from what you expected. However, all of our products are made with great care, and we are sure that you will like this one too. As of now we cannot offer you a refund but for your next order we will provide you with a little treat to cheer you up.

What if I don't like BLÆK? 

Well that won’t happen (we hope). But in case you are unhappy with your product we would love to hear what we could change. Since we know that we are not perfect and this just the beginning we would love to learn what we can make better and how to grow. If your order has been returned to us due to entering an incorrect address or remained unclaimed from the post office, shipping will be paid again by the customer in order to have the order resent from BLAEK Coffee UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
