The mild organic coffee from Honduras with notes of apricot and brown sugar is perfect for anyone who wants to avoid caffeine but not the wonderful taste of coffee. Coffee NØ.4 has an exciting coffee profile with a light, balanced acidity and a mild aftertaste.
BLÆK combines the practicality of instant coffee with the enjoyment of high-quality specialty coffee.
Our HOME Edition is therefore suitable for everyone who likes to drink high-quality, tasty coffee, who also appreciates practicality and would like to have a little more good coffee in stock. One glass is enough for 20 cups (200 ml) and saves you a lot of waste.
Optimal preparation
It's best to use 3g to 200ml of liquid for your perfect cup of BLÆK.
Each BLÆK Home jar contains 60 g, ideal for 20 cups.
Depending on your preference, you can vary the amount of water and coffee powder to make your coffee stronger or milder.
Don’t forget to pay attention to the right temperature. BLÆK tastes best at a water temperature of around 70°C. At this temperature you can fully enjoy the many fine aromas of the coffee. If you cannot set your kettle to the right temperature, we advise you to add a sip of cold water to the boiling water or let the kettle cool down for 1-2 minutes.
Little tip: You can also easily prepare other super delicious coffee drinks, such as a flat white or iced coffee. Here we have the perfect dosage for you.
Production & Ingredients
We only use 100% premium organic Arabica beans for our coffees. We have no place for sugar, flavor enhancers or preservatives. Instead, BLÆK relies on gentle roasting and an innovative drying method, which allows the many fine coffee aromas to be gently extracted and preserved. Find out more about our Production process.
Decaffeination
For the production of BLÆK NØ.4 we use high-quality organic coffee beans from Honduras, which are produced using the gentle and sustainable method Water method (Swiss Water method) decaffeinated were.
More and more coffee enthusiasts are deciding to consume caffeine more consciously and therefore often forego coffee in the late afternoon. With our decaffeinated coffee, this sacrifice is not only easy, it also doesn't feel like one.
